the Art of T'ai Chi Chuan for your Health. At Achieve Balance T'ai Chi Academy we specialize in the Traditional Yang
Style (Long Form) of T'ai Chi. Each move is thoroughly explained, taught and practiced on an individual basis.
Therefore, there is never pressure to move beyond your ability nor are you kept back. The form we teach can be found
worldwide. We offer T'ai Chi Classes on Thursday Evenings at 6:30pm where you will learn at your own pace.

CHI KUNG
Drop in anytime for a relaxing hour of CHI KUNG. This class is meant for those of you who do not want to have
to memorize moves. You will just follow the instructor as they lead you through relaxing movements and breathing.
Just follow along as the teacher cues you to Inhale and Exhale, co-ordinated with easy movements both standing and sitting.
Just listen to the soft music as you unwind from a hectic day. Chi Kung is good for your Health.
