T'ai Chi with Chi Kung Exercises-Join Anytime
 
Learn the first section of Traditional Yang Style T'ai Chi.  You will also learn specific T'ai Chi moves that have been proven to reduce falls in older adults.  These moves are based on the research by Steven Wolf, PhD, FAPTA (Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine) and Tingsen Xu PhD, (T'ai Chi Grandmaster).  They did extensive research into T'ai Chi and came to the conclusion that
T'ai Chi reduces falls in older adults by 47.5% by improving balance.  Chi Kung is also taught as a warm up to the class. The class is taught by Director and Physical Therapist Assistant Randie Turnbull. 
Cost: $10.00/Class, $35.00/Month* or $90.00/3Months**  Choose the program that works Best for you.   *The monthly program must be paid the first week of the Month.  **The 3 Month Program is only available in the Months of January, April, July, and October. No Refunds will be made for Missed Classes.

T'AI CHI

JOIN ANYTIME & LEARN AT YOUR OWN PACE

 Begin learning the Art of T'ai Chi Chuan for Health.  Whether it be to become Healthier in Body, Mind, Emotions or Spirit T'ai Chi is a Wonderful place to Begin.  Applications to each movement will be explained.  The student will also learn the basic principles of T'ai Chi as well as the philosophy, history, and our lineage.

Cost: $10.00/Class, $35.00/Month* or $90.00/3 Months**  Choose the Program that works Best for You!!  *Monthly Program must be paid the First week of the Month.  **3 Month Program is only available in the Months of January, April, July and October.  ALL CLASSES LISTED BELOW ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.  ONLY CHI KUNG MAY BE TAKEN SEPARATELY AT $5.00/CLASS.  No Refunds will be made for Missed Classes.

 

 
CHI KUNG

5:20pm-6:00pm

This class is for everyone.  It will teach students to relax and breathe efficiently.  The class will be made up of a number of Chi Kung exercises which will help reduce stress and improve relaxation and focus.  This class is included in the evening T'ai Chi classes however, the class may be taken independent of other programs at a drop in rate of $5.00/class.

 

 

T'AI CHI FORM TO MUSIC

6:00pm-6:40pm

 Join in and feel the Flow of the T'ai Chi postures you have learned as you practice them to Music.  Then feel free to step aside and practice your moves silently to the relaxing music; or sit and relax while you watch others, as they perform the Beautiful movements of T'ai Chi Chuan and just breathe in the Healing Qualities that the T'ai Chi Form has to offer.


T'AI CHI CLASS
6:45-8:00 P.M.
Learn the moves of the Traditional Yang Style of T'ai Chi at your own pace.  Students will be paired with Instructors to learn a new move or refine moves that you already know.  Refinements will be an integral part of the learning process in order to preserve the original essence of Traditional Yang Style T'ai Chi as it was passed down to Director Randie Turnbull from her Master Daniel Lee.
