July 7th 2009 was
the 20th Anniversary of Seven Star T'ai Chi School (the original name for my school). The
D.B.A. was created and classes commenced. Twenty years have flown by. Knowledge has been aquired, ego has
dropped away, humble spiritual growth has taken its place. So many changes in my life. What I learned,
I have yet to learn. Special people crossing my path...students, teachers, assistance, friends-my Love is deep
for all. Thank you, each and everyone of you, for making it possible.

Time Flies
My Granddaughter just had her 2nd Birthday. It made me stop and reflect on the last two years. How fast it has
gone. Hopefully it will remind us, not to wait till tomorrow to 'play' T'ai Chi or Get Healthy! We really only
have Today....Now! Yes, two years has flown by. How quickly she is growing up and how much she has learned.
We can learn so much from babies if we only stop and pay attention. So, my message to you today is to practice your
T'ai Chi Today. If you don't, then you are not playing a part in the Circle of Life. You need to practice because....somebody
has to pass this rare and beautiful gift on to the future generations. Here is to all those T'ai Chi babies! Cheers!

Tao Te Ching Seventy-Six A man is born gentle and weak. At his death he is hard and stiff. Green plants are tender and filled with sap. At their death
they are withered and dry. Therefore the stiff and unbending is the disciple of death. The
gentle and yielding is the disciple of life. Thus and army without flexibility never wins a battle. A tree
that is unbending is easily broken. The hard and strong will fall. The soft and weak will overcome. (consider the waters hitting the rocks).
